Shad brings deep and strategic leadership with a wealth of experience in international lighting markets, advanced LED technologies, manufacturing, construction, and new product design.  

Shad comes to Spirit International Brands from a distinguished 33 year career in the Lighting Industry. His prior positions have included international award-winning Architectural Lighting Designer, Agency Sales Director, Agency/Broker Principal, and Strategic Consultant. 

As an industry leader, author, and speaker, Shad has built a reputation of innovation, brand creativity, and client-centric solutions across a broad landscape of industries. He will utilize that experience to focus on brand and business development, while implementing new and sustainable plans that will elevate our client’s products and services, and increase their market penetration.
